The NoMad Hotel
649 S. Olive St, Los Angeles
Barely one month old, The NoMad Hotel in LA has already become a Downtown LA hotspot for coffee, dining and cocktails. Visitors of LA, and loyalists of The NoMad Hotel in NYC are also eager to make this hotel their home, while staying in the City of Angels.
The 1920s historic building, originally built for the Bank of Italy, has been transformed into an extravagant interior, rich in plush fabrics and textures. The common areas, reminiscent of Marie-Antoinette-era- decor, have a modern twist, while maintaining this historic opulence.
As with the NoMad NYC, the LA location has collaborated with Chef Daniel Humm and Jacques Garcia on the restaurants. Therefore, the food and drink should not be missed. Personal favorites were the cobb salad with with tuna and the hot lips cocktail.
